    • Q: What do I do in the case of an emergency?
    A: In the case of an emergency, go to the nearest hospital emergency room or other similar facility for treatment. If necessary and available, call 911 or other similar community emergency resources to obtain assistance in handling life-threatening emergencies. Although no certification is required for emergency situations, please notify BCBSNC if you are admitted to the hospital as soon as reasonably possible.
